Please consider submitting a proposal for a workshop! The audience will be adults who work with groups of children ages 5 - 15 in an after school setting. The tentative schedule is:
8:00 - 8:30 a.m. Registration and Continental Breakfast
8:30 - 9:15 a.m. Welcome address & keynote
9:15 - 10:45 a.m. Session I
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Session II
12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Lunch
1:30 - 3:00 p.m. Session III
Most workshops are ninety-minute sessions. Suggested workshops include but are not limited to: Theater Activities; Craft Activities; Math Activities; Science Activities; Problem Solving Activities; Nature Activities; Multicultural Programming; Staff Development; Accreditation; Working with Special Needs; Developing Curriculum; Literacy Activities; Environmental Awareness; Behavior Management; Supervising Staff; Licensing Issues; Grant Writing and more.
The Connecticut After School Network welcomes proposals for a variety of workshop formats including panel discussions and roundtable discussions on selected topics. There will be no charge for you to attend other workshops at the conference. Please indicate if you require a fee for your workshop.

The Connecticut After School Network is dedicated to supporting quality after school programs for children 5 - 18 years.
